2. Our approach

This website is built on the principle of data minimization. We use no cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. No profiling takes place.

3. Hosting

This website is delivered through the platform Lovable, which uses the global edge network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes the following data in server log files for technical reasons:

  • IP address of the requesting device (usually shortened or anonymized)
  • Date and time of the request
  • Requested URL and amount of data transferred
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision, stability and security of the website, in particular protection against attacks).

Retention: Log files are automatically deleted or anonymized by the hosting provider after a short period, at the latest after 30 days.

Transfers to third countries: Cloudflare is based in the United States. Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR) and, additionally, on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

4. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption (recognizable by "https://" in the address bar), so data you transmit cannot easily be read by third parties.

5. Cookies, tracking, analytics and fonts

This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking purposes, no web analytics services and no advertising trackers. No pseudonyms or profiles are created. No fonts are loaded from third-party servers; all fonts are served from this website itself.

6. Free practice quiz

The sample question quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your progress in the quiz is kept only in the address (URL) of the page, so you can continue after a refresh. We do not store your answers and they are not linked to you.

7. Contact by email

If you contact us by email (for example at support@getpart107prep.com), we process your email address and the content of your message solely to handle your request.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (for contract-related requests) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (for other requests; legitimate interest in answering them).

Retention: Until your request has been fully handled; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

8. Links to the app stores

This website links to the Apple App Store (Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA) and Google Play (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data is transmitted to these providers only when you click one of these links. Their privacy policies: Apple and Google.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). Residents of California and certain other US states have comparable rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
