1. Scope and provider

(1) These Terms of Use apply to the use of this website ("Website").

(3) The Website provides information about the study app "Part 107 Prep" and links to the app stores. No paid services are sold via the Website itself.

2. Purpose and content of the Website

(1) The Website provides information about the Part 107 Prep app, which helps users prepare for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot knowledge test (Unmanned Aircraft General, Small).

(2) The app and its content are an independent, privately developed study service. There is no connection to any official authority (in particular not to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or PSI Services LLC) and no official authorization. The content does not constitute legal advice or legally binding information; the applicable regulations, in particular 14 CFR part 107, and official FAA information are always authoritative.

(3) Premium is purchased exclusively within the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app terms of use and the terms of the respective store operator apply.

3. Usage rights and intellectual property

(1) All content on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, images, layout) is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and belongs to the provider or its licensors. Official FAA sample questions and FAA figures shown on the Website are public-domain works of the U.S. Government.

(2) Any use of the content beyond merely viewing the Website, in particular reproduction, distribution, editing or making it publicly available, is not permitted without the provider's prior written consent.

4. External links

(1) The Website contains links to external third-party offerings (for example the app stores). The provider has no influence on their content.

(2) The respective provider is always responsible for the content of linked pages. At the time of linking, no illegal content was discernible. Upon notification of legal infringements, such links will be removed immediately.

5. Free practice quiz

The sample questions on the Website are provided for study purposes only. Results of the practice quiz do not predict or guarantee the result of the FAA knowledge test.

6. Availability

The provider strives to keep the Website accessible with as few interruptions as possible, but does not owe any specific availability. Maintenance work, technical malfunctions or circumstances at the hosting provider may temporarily restrict accessibility.

7. Liability

(1) The content of the Website is created with the greatest possible care. However, the provider assumes no liability for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the information provided.

(2) The provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, and for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In cases of simple negligence, the provider is only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal duty), and this liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract. In all other respects, liability is excluded.

(3) Claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) and for fraudulently concealed defects or assumed guarantees remain unaffected.

8. Amendments

The provider reserves the right to adapt these Terms of Use if legal or technical conditions change. The version published on this page applies.

9. Final provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

(2) Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

(3) The provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
