Withdrawal and Refunds
On this page you can withdraw from a contract concluded online (the one-time Premium purchase in the app Part 107 Prep). Consumers in the EU and EEA do not need to give a reason. Customers in the US and elsewhere can request a refund directly from Apple or Google.
Withdraw by email
Send us an email to support@getpart107prep.com with your name, the purchase date and the store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You may use the model form below, but it is not required.
Refund directly from the store
Purchases are processed exclusively by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by the respective store:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play Help
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
Consumers in the EU and EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. It expires once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Terms of Use.
